SharePoint
Click on the 'WebAccess' link to access the school Extranet Page.
On your mobile device you should get a screen that looks something like the picture oppoiste. If you cannot see the full menu click on the down arrow 'v' to expand the menu.
From here use the navigation links to access the "Staff" or "Pupil" SharePoint Sites.
Rememebr to use your long school email address to login:
username@kestevengrantham.lincs.sch.uk and school password.
School emails
Webmail allows you to check your email from home. You need to use your long email address to login: username@kestevengrantham.lincs.sch.uk and your school password.
To add your school emails to your mobile device download the Outlook app from your app store then login with your long school email address and password.
On a laptop you can download the Microsoft Office suite for free and use Outlook. Instructions for downloading Office can be found in the guide below.

Teams
Teams is a communications and collaboration platform, and your teachers may well use it to set homework or have class discussions.
You can download the Teams app to your mobile device using its app store. For laptops you can download the desktop version. Use your long school email address and password to log in.
To submit work in Teams, click on Assignments at the top of the team and then click + Add Work for the appropriate assignment to upload a file for your teacher.
OneDrive
OneDrive is the online storage option attached to your school login. We recomend that you use this to store your school work so that you can acces it at home and school. If you store your files in OneDrive you won't need to email them to yourself ever again!!!

Online Resources
Your subjects may also make use of sites like Kerboodle, MathsWatch, Educake etc. You can find the login page for these on the school Extranet Page. If you have forgotten your username or password, email ITHelpdesk from your school account; if you can, please tell us which class you are in as it makes it faster for us to find your account.
IT Support
If you do have any trouble accessing anything whilst working from home, email the IT Helpdesk and we will get back to you. It will help us if you can describe the problem and any messages that may appear on the screen. A photo of the problem would be good.
Remember to access any Office365 products including SharePoint, Teams and Webmail you must use your long school email address and school password.
