As an Academy Trust, we are required to produce an annual report into the state of our finances.

The Governors (who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act) hereby present their annual report together with the audited financial statements of Kesteven And Grantham Girls' School Academy Trust (the Academy Trust) for the period ended 31 August 2024. The Governors confirm that the Annual Report and financial statements of the Academy comply with the current statutory requirements, the requirements of the Academy's governing document and the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in March 2005.
