Miss A Evans – Senior Teaching Assistant
Miss Evans is a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) who has been supporting students for over 12 years here in KGGS. Trained in ASD, PDA, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, with APAAC Qualification.
Miss J Liddiard – Joint SENDCo
BA (Hons), PGDE, QTS, NPQML, NASENCO, PAPAA
Miss Liddiard is a qualified teacher who holds a National Award for Special Educational Needs, an Award of Proficiency in Access Arrangement Coordination alongside QTS status and experience as Teaching and Learning Governor at a Special School.
Mr D Hobbs – Joint SENDCo
BEd (Hons), QTS, HE Cert. (Autism), NPQSL, NPQSENCO (pending)
In his career so far, Mr Hobbs has previously worked in 3 Special schools, teaching students with autism, SEMH and other profound learning difficulties. Trained in Makaton sign language, TEACCH and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System).
In addition, we have TA’s who are assigned to individual students.
The SEND team are managed by Mr J Fuller (Headteacher).
